Questions about the product
How can I specify my engraving requests or personalized details?
You can select all personalization options directly on the product page using the configurator. There you also have the option to enter your engraving text or upload a photo – simply and conveniently during the ordering process.
Does it come with gift wrapping or a greeting card?
Yes. Each set comes lovingly packaged in high-quality, plastic-free packaging, perfect for gifting. We're happy to include a handwritten greeting card upon request – simply mention it in the comments field at checkout.
How does the brooch attach to the necklace?
The Mon Amie brooch features an integrated stainless steel ring with a spring mechanism. This allows it to be easily and securely attached to the collar without tools – stable for everyday use, yet easily removable for cleaning or replacement.
How can I best care for my brooch or necklace?
A soft cloth is all you need to maintain the shine and surface. Please avoid harsh cleaning agents, contact with perfume, or prolonged soaking in water.
Are the products waterproof or suitable for everyday use?
Yes. Our pieces are made of high-quality stainless steel (optionally 18-karat gold-plated) and are therefore particularly durable, easy to care for and ideally suited for everyday use.
Will the brooch fit any necklace?
Our brooch is compatible with most standard collar hooks. The attachment ring is designed for a maximum hook diameter of 6 mm – ensuring a secure fit without slipping.
Shipping & Returns
How long is the shipping time?
Since each piece is individually made, the regular delivery time is approximately 1–2 weeks. If you need it faster, you can select the express service at checkout: your order will then be prioritized and usually reach you within 3–5 business days.
Can I return or exchange personalized products?
Since each piece of jewelry is individually made for you, returns or exchanges are unfortunately not possible.
However, should there be a problem with your order, we will of course find a solution together – just write to us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship within the EU and internationally upon request.
Shipping costs and delivery times may vary slightly depending on the country – you can find all the details in the shipping policy.
